I'm almost certain there's already a thread for this, yet I decided to procrastinate.
My question is, how does Falco know about Einstein? How does he know that Einstein is a genius? Did Einstein somehow make contact with the Cornerian species, or does Corneria have a genius coincedentially named Einstien? If they didn't have the latter, shouldn't they instead use Andross? He's a genius as well. I'm just spending too much time thinking on this.

If "pro" is good, and "con" is bad... And "progress" is synonymous with "pro", does that mean "congress" is synonymous with "con"?

EVERYTHING WE KNOW IS A LIE
Based on this new found discovery Einstein is clearly Fox's middle name.
damn I'm good.

Pshaw, no it doesn't. It's obvious. Albert Einstein never died, he merely left and joined the Star Fox team.

Oh, no, not even crossover fanfiction. Albert Einstein simply joined Star Fox.
It's like how Elvis never actually died, he merely went back in time and became the intergalactic tyrant known only as Xenu.

Maybe things that happen in the Lylat system happen here as well! I know this doesn't make much sense, but here's an example: What if the first cornerians to fly were 2 brothers coinecedencially(?) having the last name of Wright? Then Einstein would be the cornerian that develops the atomic bomb, Bush would be their greatest idiot of a leader, etc.

lolwut? Einstein is famous for the theory of relativity. I'm pretty sure he was not involved in the Manhattan Project.

Yes, he was. He was ashamed of it for the rest of his life, actually. He was one of, if not the, key inventors.

I had meant to say directly involved, but that's wrong too.
I suppose he's just not famous for the atomic bomb, then. Because that's the first time I've ever heard that.

Just woke up and don't feel like checking my facts, but I'm fairly sure that whole e=mc2 equation was part of the driving motivation for the Manhattan project, since it theorized you could convert mass to tremendous amounts of energy (see: splitting atoms).

Of course, but I had never known he was directly involved, and that the atomic bomb was designed according to his theory.

Bush would be their greatest idiot of a leader, etc. This, sir, made my day. And yes, Einstein was very involved with the Manhattan Project. You are correct, Cobalt, that E=mc 2 was the whole key behind getting so much energy out of so little mass. And while Einstein is, of course, widely known for his theories of special and general relativity, it is his work on the Manhattan Project (albeit reluctant work) that really brought him into the public eye. Though since it's not the Cold War anymore, I would imagine that most children (and many adults) these days know him more for the whole relativity thing. Awfully funny though, that we teach children about Newton first, only to explain why he was wrong when they make it up to Einstein.

Why the heck did I not know that? I normally know those things. I ought to read a biography.
Anyway, I thought E=MC**2 said that time travel could be achieved by going faster than the speed of light, but it also says that it's impossible to be faster than light because of fuel adding weight, but also burning stronger when there's more of it.

No, E=mc 2 has little to do with time travel. It's more to do with how mass (m) can be exchanged for energy (E) at a factor of the speed of light (c) squared. And since 186,000 mi/sec is a pretty large number, that's quite an exchange rate. Which of course explains why splitting an atom has the disastrous effect that it does. As for light speed being impossible, the answer is yes and no. Accelerating to light speed, as we humans would need to do, is impossible because you would need infinite energy, and thus infinite mass thanks to E=mc 2. However, particles already traveling faster than light (such as the hypothetical tachyon particles) would not be constrained by this rule.

Hey, there's nothing wrong with being wrong. It is, after all, only through a series of wrong answers that we can learn and come to the right one. If you're interested in the subject matter, there's a great book I would suggest you read called, "Why does E=mc2?" Don't worry, it's not written in a bunch of jargon and mathematical notation. It's a common book for the common man, to help understand one of the most influential mathematical equations ever. I would highly recommend this book if you want to learn more about physics.
