I just went and zipped through the archives whilst deleting hordes of pharmacy drug spam and noticed that a lot of older entries are plagued with horrible code errors that cause odd symbols and strange letters to appear in almost every sentence, directly after punctuation. I just wanted to apologize for these things, and hope that you all still read some of my older stuff regardless. As my posts tend to be very long, it would take me more time to edit the hundred-odd old entries than it would for me to probably write three or four new ones. Considering how lazy I already am when it comes to blogging, I’m clearly going for option B. So with that having been said, I’ll have a new, and very long, post up soon, and hopefully maintain a steady stream of them throughout the summer.
Thanks for reading, as always.

March is approximately 30 minutes away as I write this now, and with it will come a nice, extensive post on how I feel about January NPD figures, Price as a barrier to entry for consoles, the Nintendo Wii, Virtua Fighter 5, and flOw. I would write about all of that right now, but I’m a wee bit lazy and I’ve got to study for a stat exam. Check back later.

It seems that, even though I’m sure he never saw the post below this, my good buddy found his heart and made good with our friend. It’s nice to know that he still has some of that old character buried under the somber mask that is his Live Journal, and I really wish he would be more true to himself than he is. It’s nice to be dark and mysterious sometimes — I’m sure it’s a big hit with the LJ faithful — but being a quirky, funny, and most importantly a sincere friend is nice too. Way to go, pal. I’ve never been more happy to be wrong about something.
Zelda post part II coming up next. BE THERE!

I really am a lazy bastard. I’m about two weeks past due for a blog entry, and the last two weeks have been rife with blog-ability. Final Fantasy XII, Rocket Slime Part Deux, PS3 scarcity, and more coming at you after these messages from our sponsors.

Today will be a blowout of blogging for me, since it’s been about two weeks since my last entry and I really feel like getting a lot off my chest and onto your monitor. So to speak. And to begin, let’s do a little dance called Midterm Elections.
I’m not really a politically-charged person. I have my opinions on matters, and I stick to them like the little parasite I am. However, this was the first election I voted in and I must say that I was incredibly unprepared for the task. Believe it or not, voting is a seriously responsibility. The amount of offices and amendments (especially here in Florida, where the constitution can practically be amended with a post-it note) that you must be aware of and make a cognitive decision upon are overwhelming for a Voting Virgin such as myself. If not for a nearby newspaper to fill me in on the nitty-gritty for county offices, it would have been no different than throwing darts at the touchscreen for me.
Simply put, I was unprepared, and I dislike that greatly. However, I am confident that by ’08 my ass will be up to snuff and, much like the case appears to be tonight, the Dems will stomp some elephant ass into the pavement and make their move on Washington. Hoo-rah.

I just wanted to post and apologize for the incoherent babbling that preceded this post and occupies most of the front page now. Five in the morning is not the best time to post an editorial on my concern for a console. However, I feel that there is a fair amount of honesty and validity to what I wrote, so I shall leave it unedited. But as you can clearly see, I tend to rely on “But,” and “however” far too much when I’m typing at the speed of thought to get my point across. Perhaps I was thinking that the sheer volume of words would crush the spirit of any dissent that may foster upon reading said material. Simply put: view at your own risk, but please do view it in order.
